Basically your little Elf arrives and you name him, you read the adorable story together and basically Elfie keeps an eye on the kids behavior and reports directly back to Santa each night if the kids have been naughty or nice and trust me this works better than any reward chart, stickers, bribes or threats!!! And I promise Elf on a Shelf will become your best friend come the start of December with overtired, bored and grumpy kids! He is our 4th term lifesaver!
